We want you to love your glow, but if a product isn't the perfect fit, we offer easy returns on unopened items within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, used or opened beauty products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Pack Your Items
Carefully place the unused products in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit back to our warehouse.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
